Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Dolls Beauty Salon website and your bookings for in-salon and at-home services. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

Dolls Beauty Salon provides hair, nail, beauty, and relaxation services from Ground floor, Jumeirah Living, World Trade Centre Residence, Zaa’beel Palace St, Dubai, and can be contacted by WhatsApp or phone on 050 273 0557. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time and changes will take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of our website or services after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You may request a booking by phone, WhatsApp, website form, or in person, and the booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge the date, time, service type, and location. We may request a deposit for certain appointments, peak times, long services, group bookings, or at-home visits, and we reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a booking where reasonable. If you arrive late to an in-salon appointment or if our team is delayed access at the at-home location, we may shorten the service to avoid delay to other clients, and the full or a reasonable portion of the service fee may still be payable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you agree to notify us at least six hours before the scheduled start time. If you cancel or reschedule late or do not attend, we may charge a reasonable late-cancellation or no-show fee, and we may retain or require a deposit before accepting a future booking. For at-home appointments, you must ensure safe and timely access, an adult presence for the duration of the visit, adequate lighting and power, and a suitable workspace. If our team cannot proceed because access is refused, the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, or circumstances beyond our control prevent the service, we may apply a reasonable call-out charge and we may treat the appointment as a late cancellation.

You agree to disclose relevant health information before and during your appointment, including allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, skin concerns, or recent procedures, so that we can determine whether a service is appropriate and tailor the service accordingly. We may require a patch test for color or certain treatments and we may decline or modify any service in the interests of your safety. You agree to follow reasonable aftercare instructions and you understand that results may vary according to hair or skin condition, maintenance, and lifestyle factors.

Prices are as listed on the website for the date of your booking and may change without notice. Some services show “starts at” pricing because the final price depends on factors such as hair length, density, technique, or time. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we request an advance deposit. We accept payment by cash or bank transfer, and you agree to settle any bank transfer on the appointment date and to provide proof of payment on request. Weekly offers are time-limited and subject to stylist or therapist availability, and they may not be combined with other promotions unless we state otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any offer at any time.

We want you to be satisfied with your service, and if there is an issue, you agree to contact us within three days of the appointment so that we can assess the situation. Where appropriate, we will provide a reasonable adjustment or a redo of the same service with the same or a comparable professional. We do not provide refunds for completed services, and any remedy will be limited to an adjustment or redo, save where otherwise required by law.

We offer gift cards and prepaid packages, and we set out the following examples of rules that apply to those products. A gift card or package may be valid for a fixed period, for example six or twelve months from the purchase date, and it will expire at the end of that period. A gift card or package is not redeemable for cash, is non-refundable after purchase, and may be redeemed only for eligible services unless we expressly allow product redemption. A gift card or package may be transferable once to a new holder if you request the transfer in writing by WhatsApp and we confirm the change, and the original validity period will still apply. A gift card or package must be presented at the time of booking or payment and may be refused if it cannot be verified, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards or codes. A gift card or package may not be used with certain promotions, may exclude peak dates or particular stylists or therapists, and may require advance reservations. If a gift card or package is partially used, the remaining balance will stay valid until the expiry date. We may set a maximum number of cards or packages that can be used in a single visit and we may decline redemption if fraud or misuse is suspected.

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is owned by Dolls Beauty Salon or used with permission. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or with other users’ use of the website.

To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claims arising out of or in connection with the website or any services will be limited to the amount that you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of opportunity, and nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Your use of the website and our handling of personal data are also governed by our Privacy Policy. If a dispute arises, you agree that these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and that the Dubai courts will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to hear the matter.
